Really excellent service from Geoff and his team all the way through from the initial survey to receiving the guarantee once the work was completed. They were able to fit us in at relatively short notice, and always kept us informed of what was going on. Geoff was always happy to answer our many questions and give us reassurance. Geoff who surveyed the property prior to our purchasing it has been extremely helpful and patient in answering our queries. Ian and his team were professional and friendly whilst doing the work, they explained what they were doing and why. They left the house clean and tidy and explained how we should look after the newly plastered walls. Overall, we would highly recommend North Yorkshire Remedials for damp proofing work.

What an incredible team at North Yorkshire Remedials. I had been highly recommended for these by my mum herself (who couldn’t fault them) and a local estate agent and I was not disappointed at all. Highly professional, incredibly hard workers, polite and friendly and perfectionists at what they do. I was dreading what mess I thought would be involved however the house was left so tidy and clean each and everyday plus the path washed down! Geoff was excellent from the initial quote and throughout! Get them booked in!

Very professional job done by three polite, cheerful and hard-working individuals who kept us informed as the job was progressing. Beautiful re-plastering as they took their time and paid attention to details. Site was left clean and tidy both days the work was carried out.
